Website privacy notice

This notice describes the Kansas City Financial Advisors Network website. Each advisor and their firm maintain their own privacy policies.

Contacting an advisor

When enabled, profile contact forms send your name, email address, and message to the named advisor using our hosting and email providers, Vercel and Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent spam. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or sensitive financial information through these forms.

The website does not maintain a separate database of form submissions. Messages may remain in the advisor’s mailbox and service-provider systems under their respective retention practices. Contact the advisor’s firm about its handling and retention of correspondence. Sending a message does not establish an advisory relationship.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate website usage, including page visits, referrers, device information, advisor link clicks, and confirmed contact submissions. These events do not include your contact-form entries. We remove query strings and fragments from tracked page URLs and honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, traffic sources, engagement, and relevant website actions. Google Analytics does not load until you choose Allow analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals are disabled in our tracking configuration. We do not send contact-form field values to analytics.

You can change your Google Analytics choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from using the website or contact forms. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Browser privacy opt-out signals take priority.

External websites

Advisor websites, scheduling pages, and the membership application are operated separately and have their own privacy practices. Contact the advisor you selected with questions about information you submitted to them.
